We arrange Package Tour that can included transfers, accommodation, transportation and sightseeing but does not include guide fees, entrance fees, camera fees and personal expenses like phone, laundry, Potarages etc and food.

There will be no refund for any unutilized services, which is included in the packages.

CHARGES PER PERSON

Clear 45 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour or for non-payment of the balance Tour Cost.

Deposit Amount

Clear 44 to 31 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. 25% OF THE TOUR PRICE
Clear 30 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. 50% OF THE TOUR PRICE
Clear 15 to 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. 75% OF THE TOUR PRICE
Less than 07 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. 100% of Tour Cost

An e-mail should be immediately followed by a duly signed written communication by you on working days within office time.

Budget/Standard hotels have small rooms with colour TV and attached baths. These hotels may not have restaurants, lifts etc. and may be away from the City Centre, Railway Station, and Sightseeing Points etc.

Deluxe/Luxury hotels are normally having bigger rooms than Budget/Standard hotels and they normally have attached restaurants, lifts etc.

Various Star equivalents have the facilities as per the Law of Land applicable to the Property.
