Business Visa

Passport valid for 6 months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)

2 Recent Photos on white background, size - 35mm x 45mm with 80% face image (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
Invitation with full details [brief history about co. name of PAX and designation and purpose of visit with day to day schedule and declaration clause]
Covering Letter on Company Letter Head with full details [brief history about co. name of PAX and designation and purpose of visit with day to day schedule]
Return Ticket with ticket number
Personal Income Tax Paper of last 3 years
Personal Bank Statement of last 3 months

Tourist Visa

Letter from the Indian Company addressed to the Consulate requesting for visa.
For Children below 7 years, polio vaccination certificate is required
A person under 18 years of age not travelling wit both parents or legal guardian(s) must provide a Notarized Form (available at Consulate) of consent signed by the non accompanying parent or guardian, attested by Mantralaya. The Consulate will then legalized the document. A Fee of Rs. 1200/- will be charged in the form of Pay Order (Mumbai)/Demand Draft payable at Mumbai in the name of "Consulate General of Brazil."
