Business Visa
- Valid passport (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
- One duly filled Visa Application Form
- Two Recent Photographs white background & without border, 35mm x 45mm, 80% of the face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
- Covering letter
- Invitation letter
- Copy of the Salary Slip for 3 months
- Copy of the Income Tax Papers for 3 years
- Copy of the Bank Statements of last 6 months
- Overseas Mediclaim policy
- Return ticket

Tourist Visa

- Hotel Confirmation
- If sponsored by somebody from Germany for a a tourist visa then the consulate require original sponsorship letter
